Management AML Course Overview The focus of this advanced level program for General Managers will be on their responsibilities as managers to design, implement and enforce an effective AML/BSA program. This includes budgeting issues, organizational structure to provide support to the compliance staff, and compensation consideration. Lack of sufficient management support, or lack of management understanding of their critical role, can lead to serious problems for the financial institution. This course focuses on the specific responsibilities and challenges faced by managers. The course reviews practical solutions and practical guidance which managers can use as “best practices”, and which can provide a yardstick against which to measure the AML/BSA compliance programs at their institutions. Following the successful completion of testing, each participant will receive a certificate of course completion. Who Should Attend? *approved for 4 hours of credit from the State of Florida for managers of de novo institutions. |
